Carmelo/ GCT SCIP Panels are comprised of an EPS core sandwiched between two layers of galvanized high-strength steel welded wire mesh. A galvanized steel connector wire is pierced through the EPS core and welded to each outer mesh layer for strength, insulative value and disaster-shock absorbing "flex". Additionally, once shotcreted and cured, these panels can withstand    ( 240-grain ) .44 magnum bullets  and 2" x 4" lumber shot at high  velocities without penetration or spalling occurring on the opposite side of the panel ( -Ballistic Test ANSI/ UL 752 and NIJ Level II and III certified ) assuring your family remains safe from both gunfire    and the debris and projectiles that  can be spun out of tornado funnel clouds.
