Carmelo/ GCT SCIP Panels are comprised of an EPS core sandwiched between two layers of galvanized high-strength steel welded wire mesh. A galvanized steel connector wire is pierced through the EPS core and welded to each outer mesh layer for strength, insulative value and disaster-shock absorbing "flex". Additionally, once shotcreted and cured, these panels can withstand    ( 240-grain ) .44 magnum bullets  and 2" x 4" lumber shot at high  velocities without penetration or spalling occurring on the opposite side of the panel ( -Ballistic Test ANSI/ UL 752 and NIJ Level II and III certified ) assuring your family remains safe from both gunfire    and the debris and projectiles that  can be spun out of tornado funnel clouds. Oh, and did we mention they're also rated as "self-extinguishing" fire resistant ( -meeting ASTM C-578 standards ) as well as earthquake resilient ( -having achieved the highest "Seismic Response Modification Factor R of 5 in Lateral Load Tests - so you're prepared should the New Madrid Fault decide to let loose with a Magnitude 7 or 8 quake some time in the future! ). Something seismologists have been warning we're long overdue for here in the Midwest!
